Not top-tier, but still one of my better works, and still one of my favorites.

Line drawing of an anthropomorphic gryphon from the first person perspective of a lizard or dragon character seen as an outstretched hand in the foreground. The dragon wears a metal band on their wrist featuring a glassy gem with a slit-pupil eye motif.

The gryphon towers over and glares at the dragon/viewer. She wears a simple tunic/skirt with two belts around her waist and one below her bust that connects to yet another belt over her left shoulder. In her right hand, held aloft away from the viewer, she holds a dagger with a gem matching the one on the dragon's wristband.

Like a lot of my favorites, this started as a doodle. I had a leftover piece of Bristol board to use up, and it kind of spiraled out of control. Ended up doing a three-point perspective setup to get the pose right. Had to study feathers. Added the hand and then had to work on drawing scales. And then tried inking it with a brush.

Worth it. :)
