Line drawing of Viola, my anthropomorphic lioness character, leaping toward the viewer and slashing with the claws of her left hand.

Her hand is surrounded by a fiery magical effect, which leaves a trail that arcs back over her shoulder. Her eyes glow white and are surrounded with the same effect.

Her mouth is open wide, fangs on full display, as if she's roaring or screaming.

She wears a simple tunic, trousers, and shoes. The end of her belt is visible, hanging down below the edge of the tunic. A pouch is barely visible hanging from the belt.

This was another quickie that I liked enough to finish (well, "finish"). I was just playing around with extreme foreshortening, and while it's fairly rough, it's still one of the more dynamic and lively things I've ever drawn. Just too bad about that hand anatomy.

I'll upload the colored version next. Also available on my personal site and on Mastodon.
