Pencil line drawing of an anthropomorphic fox on a train. She's standing up, holding a pole, while she reads a book. She carries her weight on one foot; the other leg is bent casually. Her tail is curled around the pole. On the seat behind her is a partly-folded newspaper partially concealing another paper. Behind her is a window, through which a futuristic cityscape is visible.

This sequel from 2010 was basically an experiment to see if I could have cleaner linework by using a blue pencil. Didn't have an actual non-photo blue pencil at the time, so I used a light blue colored pencil, which ended up kind of smudgy.

It does show where I had and hadn't improved since the previous piece. Overall I think the linework and anatomy are both better, though they still have some rough spots. (Also I still didn't know what train interiors looked like and was going off vague memories of Hey Arnold.) With an additional checks watch 14 years of hindsight, I can definitely see more things that could use work. Still, I can't help but like it, you know?
