Heyo, decided to post this short update onto here to keep everyone updated on what's going on with all my projects, IRL stuff and other such things. Not gonna get too personal so don't get your hopes up.

First I wanna address something that probably like 5 people are confused about, state of my game. For the uninitiated I made a game a few years ago called "Dorfde goes to buy Pepsi". It was a small passion project I made in high school in a few months in RPG maker mz, to test out the new version of the program for future projects. Long story short the project got way out of hand with people I featured in it, the story and so on that it has been in limbo for a while now alongside other projects I had planned that follow that games lore like "Defective Detectives", "Dorfde's Holiday", "Dungeons and Dumbasses", a possible sequel to the game and so on... Apparently featuring characters that were based on real life people was a bad idea, who would've guessed that one, so now I'm in quite the pickle. Either I ignore the various problems that would arise from featuring certain problematic individuals in the game, cancel the game or make a new story with new characters from scratch to replace the current ones. I went with the last option. And it has knocked out a decade of my lifespan. It's been quite the pain to figure out a whole new world and lore for the series that feels unique yet similar enough for me to feel satisfied, tell the story I want to tell and keep most of the things originally in the stories in tact and not cause any problems with who's in them. Currently the most complete out of these older projects are DGTBP and DD, but I am yet to figure out the character designs and story, as that's what messes with me the most. There is one project that's been on the backburner however that's been bumped up to the more important pile. "Dungeons and Dumbasses" now renamed to "Eternaquest" is the next big comic I've been working on to hopefully get back into making those. I am happy to say progress on the first issue has been slow but steady and I'm quite happy with how it's turning out! If all goes well and I finish the main story I want to tell with the 5 or 6 issues I have planned I'll most likely retell the stories of those other projects in comic book form, as I am way more comfortable making those, and then maaaaybe retell those stories some other time in game form. So that's the plan for now regarding those projects. As for eternaquest I'd say stay tuned cause I am very excited to show you guys what I have cooking for that series, if all goes well I'll be doing those on a monthly basis, as long as I can find someone to help me with digital line art and colors cause I stink at that.

Ok, so IRL things. College sucks. That will conclude the IRL portion of this update.

Also I changed my name on discord. Not sure what compelled me to do it but uhhh yeah I changed it to Jude I guess. Might change it to Jude here too eventually. Not sure.
