Welcome back to Jude's monthly update log, formerly known as "Consistency be damned" where we watch a Serbian young adult struggle with most of life's many trials and tribulations!

On todays episode, getting the fuck up on time already cause it's 12 pm and you're still in bed like Lil Jacob from the hit video game Grand theft auto IV!

Starting this one off on a great note, college fucking sucks. My current experience is as if I just went back to high school except everyone's a prick and they all have shit they can't say to your face so they talk shit about you in the most back handed "Oh we're not making fun of you" kinda way. Same goes with the professors. Some of these old wrinkly sacks just act like knobs cause they can and want to. You're paying them and they can do whatever they want. "No you're right professor. I should've studied physics in IT. How careless of me. I'm sure next time I make a program in visual studio or design something for a website in illustrator that the first thing that will come to my mind will be Newtons law of gravity. Hooh you read me like a book, you do.". Seriously screw these people. Boogeymen as far as I'm concerned. Some of them are really great and nice but dear god others are dicks for no real reason, no matter how nice you try to be. Half of the people who go there are literal teenagers and are now pretending to be hot shit cause they have an ID now and can drink beer legally. Hot shit indeed. That's strike two for me in terms of looking for a place to fit in, picking a thing I like and feeling even more disconnected from the people there cause they don't even care about any of the shit you came in for. I went to an art school where no one cared for their craft outside of a few dozen or so people and even they didn't want to talk to me and more a less pretended I wasn't there and the same shits happening here too. Can't wait to see what strike 3 will be but I'm willing to wager it's something education based again. Ugh I hate the modern education system so much.

Progress on my projects is at a bit of a halt as I've been studying and focusing on college so it's taking me time to do anything, really. So I apologize for me taking so long to finish that Eterniaquest comic. Or Defective detectives. Or literally anything else. I have slowly but surely started work on a prototype in rpg maker vx ace for something eterniaquest related though. It was gonna be a game jam entry for Leeble Jam 8 but no way I can pump anything of actual quality in that time. I'm taking my sweet ass time with this one and it's gonna be about me learning to event stuff better and see what I can get away with in an rpg maker game event wise with the skills I have right now. And that's fun! That was the best part for me when I was making my old projects. Figuring out events and learning how to optimize stuff! It also has a lore reason to exist as it's a kinda prologue to eterniaquest. I won't get into it but it'll make sense once it's done. All I'll say is the name of the prototype and it's "I had a weird dream last night..." as the game events were roughly based on many really weird or surreal dreams I've had in the past be it random or deja vu.

This one still has my old username and it sucks for that reason alone. Thing is I don't know what the hell to make its theme. I think I have an idea but also like I don't. akjhgahjdash idk I guess I'll figure that out at some point.

My sheezy pin arrived today! Ry mentioned in a meeting that he had pins ready for a convention and he wanted to treat us by giving everyone a free pin. I did have to dox myself but like Ry already did that a lot during meetings so I think fair is fair LOL
Pin's great, thanks Ry! Wore it all day and even carried a few of the ten million business cards Ry gave me. I would say I'm complaining but at the same time it came all the way from Britain, it looks nice and if I were at the con I would've taken just as many for myself anyway so fair enough LMAO
The mailman did give me the scare though. Got a random knock on the door, opened up and asked me if I was, ya know, insert name here. I knew exactly what it was but it did catch me off guard. Grandpa also asked what's in the package and I had to bluff and say I have no idea and then never go into it ever again. "Oh yeah there's this one random guy I met online that I sent him our home address to and phone number and he gave me this pin and these business cards! No I never met him in person, I'm sure he's fine :33333333"
They don't really get this online stuff and are super suspicious of everything and everyone on it and they don't get I Ry's chill.

I don't think there's much else I wanted to say, my mental health stuff I fine, mostly much of the same like last time I think that being I'm alright outside of the occasional panic and anxiety attacks. So imma share some art and then bounce.
