Eyes for the Susie cosplay are more or less done. I have to add more varnish to the parts I want to be shiny, because handling them during assembly made them dull. Edited for more pictures. Also, Ivy was helping, but had to almost immediately had to be chased off because she abruptly got excited and decided to attack and damage the foam.

I said I'd post progress as I went. Got a LOT done today. It's super messy and obviously very incomplete, but I finally got it to sit nicely without it sinking down or choking me. The real struggle!

Sssoooo I shifted gears to a different cosplay idea. It's July, and it's a December con, so this is my final decision. Can you guess by the paints and piece of PVC pipe what it is? The pipe is about 5ft long.Here

Hints: Ignore the googly eyes. They'll be covered by fabric, I just needed something round to make freckles out of. Answer to the cosplay in the tags.
