For spook month this year, Deviant Art's hosting a "Ghosts of Galleries Past" thing, where you take an old piece of work from your gallery and make it...spookier. Which I thought was a really fun idea, so here's my take on it.

The pic I decided to give new (after)life to was one of the very earliest, and I believe the first to be colored, pictures I had made of Skip, dating back to December of 2010. Soooo about fifteen years ago? (That old enough for ya, DA? ) For this, I redrew the pic entirely (as should be evidenced by the fact that Skip features the various minor changes to design that were made over the intervening years), but I made sure he was still posed as he was in the original pic, to make the parallel clear.

Then I threw in a horrified Pony Skip to the side as well, because that was too hilarious an idea to pass up. It also was a good excuse to draw both again, as it's actually been some years since I had last done so. Bonus!
