Only the puffballiest for this family! :P

Fun fact, I'd initially sketched Gem Feather's "puffed" form with her eye completely hidden, partly because it seemed natural and partly because my initial rough drafts of it didn't look right (hence why Gem's wings are also hidden from view). But after coloring it, I decided it left her a little too featureless, so I digitally added in an eye after the fact, which was trickier than it sounds, as I had to make sure it still matched the look of the rest of the comic's traditionally-drawn line art.

Anyway, before I forget to do it for a third time, not long after Valentine's Day, I decided to include two Smollus-themed fanfics I had written some years back as part of this comic series's lore, serving as sort of "prequels," if you will, telling how Smolder and Gallus first hooked up.
