My soari characters have had this little design evolution with their ears. They started out slightly pointed. Then I made them distinctly pointed, often with some fur leftovers. Then I was like hell yeah let's make them actually long and emotive too!

And now I'm here like... What if.... fluffy...

I really can't decide. But it's getting late and I should probably sleep on it. This is also definitely a wip because I do want to color these, but I really wanted to show you guys some work-in-progress since I got fresh stuff. :> Maybe get some opinions on the ear situation hehee.

You've met pals in the bottom row, Kwiva, Pert and JK.
1st in top row is Rikogyal, who I made specifically because I wanted a vulture-looking soari and a bald character. While at it I decided I needed a character with a mustache as well and there he is.
2nd up there is Daliyal, a very old character who you will learn much, much more about a bit later. On her right is her mate Morritoel, who will come in the same package with Dali's story. She doesn't give a damn if you misgender her btw, go for it.
And last but not least in the corner that's Questralial. Her gryphon ref is already up but I'm still cooking her outfit design so it'll be a bit longer before you get to see it.

Even if the ears aren't here to stay, it's been so much fun drawing my soari hfgnhgf I need to do this more
