Hi. I'm DangerMouseFan1981. I'm not really much of an artist but I do appreciate art and the hard-working people who make them. ^^

Call me a broken record but, when a TV network puts too much faith in one show to stay afloat, you can expect some people to eventually lose interest and move on.
Case in point: Nickelodeon's overreliance on "SpongeBob SquarePants".
I'm not joking. They've been giving SpongeBob so much attention that they're willing to either push their other Nicktoons to the side or not even give any future shows a chance.
The reason I'm bringing this up is because I heard that, this summer, Nickelodeon is going to air SpongeBob episodes nonstop. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I know there are people who still enjoy SpongeBob regardless of how much the quality has dipped but you know what they say: "Too much of anything is not good for you."
Even though I still have a soft spot for this show, I personally wish it didn't become as popular as it did, mostly due to the fact that my view on Butch Hartman has changed over the years.
If it were up to me, I would keep Season 1 as it is, rearrange a few episodes in Seasons 2 and 3, leave some episodes out, and have the show end after "Abra-Catastrophe" (My apologies to any fans of "Channel Chasers").
For example:
Here are the episodes I would keep and rearrange after Season 1.
(Note: My version of Seasons 2 and 3 have the same number of episodes as Season 1)
Season 2 (2002)
-
Boys in the Band / Hex Games
-
Boy Toy / Inspection Detection
-
Action Packed / Smarty Pants
-
Super Bike / A Mile in My Shoes
-
Timvisible / That Ol' Black Magic
-
Hail to the Chief / Foul Balled
-
Totally Spaced Out / The Switch Glitch
Season 3 (2003)
-
Information Stupor Highway
-
Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad /
Knighty Knight -
Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary /
Nectar of the Odds -
Deja Vu / The Boy Who Would Be Queen
-
Shiny Teeth / So Totally Spaced Out
-
Cosmo Con / MicroPhony
-
Abra-Catastrophe (TV Movie / Series Finale)
And here is a list of episodes I left out:
Season 2:
• Twistory
(This one needs no explanation.)
• Fool's Day Out
(I thought "Christmas Everyday" was a better introduction to the April Fool.)
• Scary Godparents
(This episode was kind of all over the place with the Yugopotamians being shoehorned in and the first act was pretty mean-spirited. Plus, the Buxaplenties are back despite what happened at the end of "Fairy, Fairy Quite Contrary". The "Real and Scary" song was still pretty good, though.)
Season 3:
• Ruled Out
(This one was the start of the show's reliance on gross-out humor.)
• That's Life
(I didn't think the "Everything I touch dies" joke was very funny.)
• Odd, Odd West
(I agree with John Fountain, the director and storyboard artist of this episode: I, too, didn't like the general premise of it.)
• Wanda's Day Off
(This episode kickstarted the dynamic of Wanda being the sane one and Cosmo being a complete moron who struggles to function without her. Thus ending their old dynamic of being "two halves of a whole idiot.)
• Love Struck
(Do I really need to explain why I left this episode out?)
• Odd Jobs
(The jokes about Pluto and the space suits with built-in bathrooms weren’t that funny.)
• Movie Magic
(The humor in this one kinda falls flat.)
• Sleepover and Over
(I thought the book version was better. It doesn't have that running gag of Cosmo getting distracted by an animal, naming the animal, and then getting emotional when something bad happens to the animal he named.)
• Mother Nature
(I don't understand why the men in this episode are so obsessed with fishing and forming an angry mob to chase after a weatherman just for getting the forecast wrong.)
• The Crimson Chin meets Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad
(I don't have much to say about this episode other than the fact that Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda couldn't tell the Crimson Chin and the Nega Chin apart.)
• Engine Blocked
(I'll just say that I didn't like this episode very much.)
• Most Wanted Wish
(The rock joke got old pretty quick.)
• This is Your Wish
(Just another episode where Mama Cosma tries to have Cosmo move back in with her and never be with Wanda ever again.)
• Beddy Bye
(Another episode with gross-out jokes. But I did like the Sandman and his design.)
• The Grass is Greener
(A real "meh" episode.)
• The Secret Origin of Denzel Crocker
(I know people like this episode but... I guess I'm one of those people who thought it wasn't as great as everyone says.)
• Kung Timmy
(This was just a pretty crazy episode.)
• Which Witch is Which?
(They introduced the possibility that one of Crocker's ancestors was a witch but it's never brought up again.)
• Pipe Down
(This episode was just plain annoying and frustrating to me.)
• The Big Scoop
(I thought the way they went with this episode wasn't that interesting. A nice callback to Season 1, though.)
• Crime Wave
(An episode where jokes about naked people and dirty diapers are supposed to be funny.)
• Odd Ball
(The lessons about sharing and working together felt a tad forced.)
• Where's Wanda?
(Not a great mystery, if I'm being completely honest.)
• Imaginary Gary
(Sending a kid to therapy just for having an imaginary friend? That's a little dark, don't you think?)
• Chip Off the Old Chip
(This episode's running gag of always relying on TV for an answer to any question wasn't really that funny. On the plus side, "Find Your Voice" is a great song.)
• Snow Bound
(And finally, an episode that's... Well, let's just say the jokes about women in the later seasons of FOP haven't aged well.)
I wanted to enjoy "Helluva Boss". Unfortunately, Season 2 was a bit of a letdown. And yet, part of me still wishes that the 2nd season had a bit more polish.
= For example, maybe the Season 2 premiere would instead focus on Blitz and how he felt after Season 1's "Ozzie's".
(Speaking of "Ozzie's", I honestly hoped Blitz would take a break from spending time with Stolas.)
Blitz would be a little distraught about it to the point where he lets Moxxie and Millie go on a mission without him.
= Also, Moxxie would still keep his Wraith origins from Season 1 and he wouldn't come from a crime family. He would still have his mom but not his dad, Crimson, because the idea of an imp being a crime boss in Greed honestly doesn't make any sense.
Maybe in a different version of Season 2, we would learn that Moxxie moved to the Greed ring after his mom died from an illness or something and joined the mafia because he impressed them with his sharp shooting skills.
= And maybe Stolas would still give Blitz the Asmodeon Crystal but he would also apologize for how he treated him in Season 1 and even acknowledge how toxic their relationship was.
/////
But those are just some of my opinions on what Helluva Boss' second season could've been.
While I'm not a huge fan Stella from "Helluva Boss" (for obvious reasons), I am a fan of her pilot design.
Pilot!Stella looks like she would be the total opposite of who she is in the show. She wouldn't be loud, obnoxious, or downright evil.
In fact, I'm warming up to this AU idea where Stolas and Stella are very good friends who were forced into an arranged marriage by their families.
I guess Stolas would still fall for Blitz. The only difference is that Stella wouldn't make such a big deal about it. She would be understandably upset at Stolas but not to the point where she hires an assassin (Maybe her parents or her brother would hire Striker instead).
And despite being divorced, Stella would still check on Stolas from time to time (Just because she's not his wife anymore doesn't mean she won't stop being his friend). She would also try to be a good mom to Octavia while also convincing her daughter to give Stolas a chance to redeem himself.
Season of "Helluva Boss" was a very mixed bag for me. There were things I liked and things I didn't like.
Two of the things I didn't like were how toxic Blitz and Stolas' relationship was (I honestly thought it hit its tipping point near the end of Season 1's "Ozzie's"), and the way some of the characters (mostly Moxxie, Millie, and Octavia) were handled.
However, I did like the relationship between Asmodeus and Fizzarolli because, to me, they represent the kind of relationship Blitz and Stolas could have.
Anyway, after "Sinsmas", I don't think I'll be watching the rest of "Helluva Boss". I'll still watch the animated shorts but that's about it.
Sorry. :(
