Another speculative plant for my Lirri project. This one is meant to be a distant relative to the previous one (currently titled the Fountain Duster Plant, but the names of both of these plants may change) and hopefully that concept comes across.

Despite being related to the Fountain Duster plant, this plant is much larger and sturdier. While the leaf-analogs for the fountain duster are quite sturdy, this plant is truly tree-like in it's robustness. The stems and leaves of this plant have thickened into tough, bumpy bark, giving it more structure to withstand harsher weather and rougher interactions with larger organisms than even the fountain duster plant can handle. These trees can get quite large, and are frequently their own little thriving ecosystems, as their bowl-shaped forms tend to fill with water - which it also utilizes for itself. This attracts organisms of all kinds, with some smaller critters making their homes in and around the trees themselves. Meanwhile, other, smaller plants are often found growing around and beneath the trees due to water spillage, and some plants have even evolved to thrive inside the bowls themselves. In very wet climates, these plants can create practically permanent small water sources.
