What are the dimensions for the signature graphic?
I want the gif to not feature a scroll bar at the side, I want it to be perfectly fitting.

I thought it was 635 x 92 px, but that only seems to count for still graphics (PNGs and JPGs?)

Microsoft itself marked this security issue as "critical". The issue has been fixed, but you need to update your OS to have it applied. Don't leave your computer (and as an extensiom: yourself) in a vulnerable position.
