Hey, I just wanted to let you all know that:
- I will be posting my HTML content on my persona, @Dell_Conagher as well as stamps too if I ever make more
- The Stamp Shelf thing will stay on my profile for now tho because moving it would break the link in the Resource Masterlist
- I also updated the persona directory on my profile too. You may notice that I'm exploring the concept of using personas to give my characters profiles. It'll probably be only a few characters because persona limit but still
yeah that's it lol. tbh idk how i would handle character infodumps on this site since the discord server has an infodump channel and i do it on select toyhouse threads but i'll figure it out eventually lel
Unexpected downtime aside (finally i can read journals and look at pretty art again.......), hi new people! I first registered during Sheezy V2's private beta and even then, I first heard about the site during its... revival in....
...
2023. Through a toyhouse thread...
ok look i'm not as much of an og as some other people but trust me when I say this site rocks! The customization is crazy and it's accessible to both coders and non-coders. If you want some extra pizzaz tho, I recommend checking out MAJESTA's Resource Masterlist since it has some great HTML resources, as well as other goodies to enhance your experience!
Once again, welcome!
Hi everyone, I released my first (complete) user theme named Strawberry Lemonade. I tried to make the colors "sheezy-like" to fit with the other default themes.
You can download this theme here (NOTE: You will need the Stylus extension to use this theme!)
Let me know if there's any problems with the theme. The theme includes documentation of the various classes Sheezy uses to build themes or something like that idk- (Undocumented classes are pure yellow so if you see yellow anywhere then lmk so I can investigate. Some classes might be unused or smthing idk)
Gonna put together a personal wishlist on what I would love to see come to Sheezy.

View counter on Journals
Literally everything with view capability gets a view counter, so why do journals not have the same treatment? (Elaboration: Journals do have a view counter, but its only on the Feeds page. Maybe an option to put it on the journal's own page would be nice?) -
Improved Comment editing
Currently, when you try to edit comments, it just opens a completely blank input area rather than an input area with the comment content you are editing which is bloody stupid ;-;
EDIT: Apparently it works but you need to refresh first or come back to the comment after navigating away. While it's functional, some improvements would be nice since I can see how this can get annoying -
Theme documentation
It would be so cool if there was a better documentation on what the classes in Sheezy's theme CSS does what than what I did (because i had to go through and document shit by basically playing around with what class changes what). Would be awesome for userstyle people :> -
Theme sensitive Sheezy logo
why do we still have the default blue sheezy on all themes rather than a green sheezy on the matcha theme and a purple sheezy on the taro theme (favorite theme personally). ik changing the sheezy is planned iirc but still... -
Header and Footer matches profile theme
This was taken straight from TweakSheezy but I believe it would be a super neat QoL addition (e.g red header and dark red footer on my profile for example). -
Ability to exclude self from custom feeds
It's annoying to have to manually put "-lambda20xx, -lambda20xx$betas_sketchbook" and so on in the users box for custom feeds, so a quick option to exclude yourself and your personas would be nice. -
Strikethrough in Sheezy Markdown
I don't know how feasible this is, but I would like to see strikethrough get added to Sheezy's iteration of Markdown. -
Ability to Order Personas
This is a very useful QoL feature. I would like to order Personas so that I can categorize and sort them better both in the Personas block and the Persona switcher. As it stands, it's always newest persona at the bottom.
Stuff other people said that I think is cool enough to be on here

Improved tagging system [X]
EDIT: This has been added as of March 11 2024!
Brought up by @Polar-Tang. A simple checkbox system for required tags would be sooo much better than having to memorize all those tags -
Disable Likes on Submissions
Brought up by @Polar-Tang. Some people don't want metrics on their art and I completely understand that! An option to disable likes on either specific pieces or all pieces would be cool and awesome... -
Disable Views on Submissions
Brought up by @Vallien_Fulki. Basically the same reason as Disabling Likes on Submissions. Metrics can be discouraging rather than encouraging. -
Hard Disable Theme
Brought up by @Polar-Tang. What this does is in addition to stripping profile element colors and background, it completely strips away the profile cover and HTML styling in the blocks (the inline css and [style] tag stuff), and blocks all external images too.
That's all I can think of. If I get any more ideas, then I'll add it to this list :>
